Shipping policy

We aim to fulfill all orders within 1 week of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. While we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, please note that fulfillment times may vary slightly during busy seasons.

Due to the high volume of orders during product launches, processing times may be longer than usual. While many orders ship sooner, please allow up to 10–14 business days for order processing during launch periods before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
